Another USDC milestone with a market cap over $25 billion as businesses around the world adopt dollar digital currencies powered by blockchain technology.
We’re excited to share that the USDC market cap is now greater than $25 billion, and USDC has facilitated transactions worth more than $700 billion. USDC remains the fastest-growing dollar digital currency, rising from less than $950 million a year ago to more than $25 billion in circulation today.
Since the last update after hitting $15 billion just 43 days ago, we’ve announced global partnerships with Matrixport and others, helping give crypto traders around the world on- and off-ramps from traditional banking services into USDC and back again using Circle APIs.
Through our global partnership with Maps.me, we’ve helped offer USDC and access to the digital economy to millions of new users, with near-instant payments to more than 35 countries around the world using blockchain technology.
During that time, USDC in circulation grew an average of more than $230 million per day.
Circle Yield* is a great way for businesses to put idle capital to work, taking advantage of digital asset capital markets without the volatility of other cryptocurrencies. As of November 17, 2022, Circle Yield is not accepting new loans. We are evaluating future updates to the program.
Circle and USDC are adding new users every day, and dollar digital currencies are helping businesses around the world bridge the gap between interacting with traditional financial infrastructure and the added speed and security of global blockchain technology.

Thank you for your support, and here’s to the next $25 billion!
